Solstice Plus Plan Complete plan offers lower monthly cost and set copays at the facility for over 100 procedure codes. Plan features an open access network, so you are not assigned to a facility. You can go to any facility of your choice in the network. If a procedure is not listed at a set copay on your schedule of benefits, we still have you covered at a 20% savings. We will work with you to find the plan and dentist for your family.
How does a Discount Plan work?
With your Solstice Discount Plan you have set copayments, no annual deductibles, and no maximum for covered benefits. When you are at the dental facility, you just pay the price listed in your plan for the procedure you have done, and that’s it. No claims to fill out, no waiting for reimbursements! It’s that easy!
